ATLANTA -- A former Duke University lacrosse player who was cleared of a sexual assault charge will speak in Midtown next week.
Reade Seligmann, who is currently studying law at Emory University, will give a talk entitled "The Duke Lacrosse Case: A View from the Inside" at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Mar. 20 at the Ansley Park Playhouse.
Seligmann was one of three Duke students accused of raping a stripper at a lacrosse team party in 2006. The charges were later dropped.

Seligmann's talk is sponsored by the Georgia Innocence Project, a nonprofit organization that works to clear the names of those who are wrongfully convicted of crimes.
