Lee Walton's Presents: Momentary Performances

Check out Momentary Performances, a concept created by popular Atlanta experiementalist, Lee Walton.

Momentary Performances is a series of 8 different choreographed performances that will take place in 8 different locations in Atlanta. Over the course of a month, each performance will occur 4 times.

This project stems from Walton’s interest in the subtle, everyday actions of public life.  Through the simple of use of vinyl text installed in public space, everyday actions are formalized and made able to taking on a new life.  Through this amplification, intimate everyday occurrences become celebrated events and blur the line between real-life and theater.
