3rd Annual Atlanta Tibetan Festival, November 6th

On the heels of His Holiness the Dali Lama’s visit to the campus of Emory University, the Emory University “Emory-Tibet Partnership” is hosting its 3rd Annual Atlanta Tibetan Festival on Saturday, November 6th from 10-4:00 p.m.

The Tibetan Festival is geared toward bringing families and friends together for activities such as: meditation, Tibetan food, music, dance, games, a Tibetan bazaar, children’s arts and crafts, door prizes, a raffle and a live performance. These activities will be conducted by the monks of the Mystical Arts of Tibet. This festival will take place at Drepung Loseling, which is located at 1781 Dresden Drive NE.

Festival goers can park at the Plaza Fiesta Shopping Center (4166 Buford Highway) and a shuttle bus will run round trips, to and from the festival, all day; or access the festival from the Brookhaven MARTA station.
